Our Team
Michael Musial
Lead Behavior TechnicianMichael graduated from Southern Connecticut State University and is pursuing his degree in Autism & Applied Behavior Analysis at Russell Sage College. He joined the field in 2017 and is known for his ability to build strong rapport with clients and families while working toward his BCBA certification.
Jessica McCasland, BCBA
Hayley Ninteau, MS, BCBA
Owner, Clinical DirectorHayley earned her Master's degree in Autism & Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018 and has been working in ABA since 2014 across home, school, and clinic settings. Her focus is delivering the most compassionate, individualized care possible to every child and family she serves.
BCBA SupervisorJessica has been working in ABA since 2011, starting as a Behavior Technician before earning her BCBA certification in 2019. She believes every child has unique strengths and partners closely with families to build plans focused on communication, independence, and social skills.
